2. Product Application
This salt spray tester artificially simulates salt fog corrosive
environment. Compared with outdoor natural exposure tests, it
features controllable corrosion environment, excellent test
repeatability and greatly shortened test cycle, which saves massive
labor, cost and material resources.
It supports multiple test modes: neutral salt spray test (NSS),
acetic acid salt spray test (AASS), copper accelerated acetic acid
salt spray test (CASS) and alternating salt spray test.
By spraying saline or acidic saline solution under fixed
temperature and humidity, the machine accelerates material
corrosion, reproducing the corrosion damage degree of samples
within a short period.
It is used to evaluate the salt fog corrosion resistance of raw
materials and their protective coatings, compare surface treatment
quality of different protective layers, and test the anti-corrosion
performance of special industrial components.
It complies with national standards GB/T2423.17, GB/T2423.18,
GB/T10125, GB/T10587 and international equivalent standards
including IEC, MIL, DIN, ASTM.
3. Structural & Material Features
Cabinet Body
Inner and outer tank adopts 5mm thick imported German A-grade grey
PVC material, high temperature, high humidity and strong corrosion
resistance. Adopts 3D reinforced welding technology, solid and
non-deformable, suitable for NSS, AASS, CASS all test types.
Hidden integrated liquid storage bottle for test chemical, easy
disassembly for cleaning and simple operation.
Pressure Saturation Tank
Made of imported German A-grade grey PVC, tank-type exquisite
structure, high temperature/pressure/corrosion resistant, never
rust; solves stainless steel tank long-term rust failure problem.
Sample Rack inside Chamber
V-shaped support strips + 10mm carbon fiber O-shaped positioning
rods, test angle adjustable 15°~30° freely; flat indexing sample
holders, uniform fog coverage on all surfaces of samples, large
sample placement capacity and accurate test results.
Transparent Top Cover
8mm thick imported high-toughness acrylic plate, 100° ridge design
formed by physical bending. Condensed dew flows down the cover into
water sealing groove to avoid dripping on test samples.
Fog Sealing Groove
Adopts eco-friendly water seal design to fully prevent salt fog
leakage.
Spray Tower & Nozzle
Conical fog disperser with fog guiding, fog volume adjustment and
uniform fog falling functions. Nozzle made of PYREX tempered glass,
adjustable spray flow & spray angle, anti-crystallization blockage
for continuous 10,000 hours operation.
Spraying System
Atomization follows Bernoulli principle, salt liquid atomization
even without crystallization blockage. Spray volume adjustable
within 1~2mL per hour (per 80cm² measuring area); embedded
measuring cylinder, space-saving, easy observation.
Heating System
Direct heating design with fast temperature rise and short standby
time, auto constant temperature after reaching set value, low power
consumption. Pure titanium heating tube, acid & alkali resistant,
ultra-long service life.
4. Control System Features
Core processor: Freescale 32-bit automotive high-speed processor,
stable operation.
LCD digital display panel, human-friendly interface, all parameters
clearly displayed.
Timer range: 0.1 second ~ 999999 hours, auto stop upon completion
of test.
Dual control modes: fully automatic / manual mode switchable
freely.
PID precise temperature control with calibration function,
temperature control error ±0.5℃.
Pure silver contact relay, service life up to 5 million times.
Multiple safety protection: low water level alarm, dual
over-temperature protection, power-off timing memory function;
after power recovery, machine continues unfinished test according
to original timing.
Auto/manual water replenishment, auto water refilling without test
interruption when water insufficient.
Full digital circuit layout, imported high-quality electrical

Buzzer alarm will sound automatically once test cycle finished.
