Production Process

• Clean oil and impurities inside gears, bushings, connecting rods and casing before assembly.
• Install correctly according to assembly clearance to ensure uniform gear meshing without jamming.
• Fill sewing machine oil or special grease to ensure high-speed lubrication.
• Run low-speed test for 3～5 minutes and check running smoothness and noise.
• Gradually increase speed to working speed and test synchronization of stitches and fabric feeding.
