Product Description: Galvalume Slitted Steel Coil & Strip
Galvalume slitted steel strip is a high-performance metal product
made from hot-dipped aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel coil through
precise slitting processing. Compared with traditional galvanized
steel, galvalume features a unique alloy composition of 55%
aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, which provides far better
corrosion resistance, heat resistance and surface stability.
Galvanized steel is mainly zinc coated with lower cost but weaker
durability in harsh environments, while galvalume extends service
life by more than two to four times under the same conditions.
Our galvalume slitted steel supports deep processing services
including cutting, bending, punching, welding and surface
treatment. It is widely used in building roofing and wall panels,
garage doors, home appliance shells, automotive parts, cable trays,
lighting fixtures and metal enclosures. Manufactured via
hot-dipping process and high-precision slitting lines, the product
ensures uniform coating, smooth edges, accurate dimensions and
stable tolerance control.
Key advantages include excellent anti-corrosion performance, high
temperature resistance, good formability, easy processing, strong
weatherability, long service life and stable physical properties.
It is suitable for outdoor construction, industrial equipment,
household appliances and decorative metal applications.
