The electric control system for the forklift is a developed system
specifically designed for the forklift high-altitude working
platform. It consists of the upper control assembly PCU and the
lower control ECU. The PCU primarily meets the operator's
requirements for controlling the vehicle's actions on the forklift
electric drive and hydraulic drive control system platform. It acts
as the "sensor" of the ECU, transmitting the operator's action
commands to the ECU via the CAN bus.
The PCU control panel features multiple buttons and related
indicator lights, allowing the operator to perform functions such
as high and low speed selection, traveling or lifting mode
selection, horn operation, and indoor/outdoor switching. It also
has two LED digital displays for showing battery level and
real-time display of fault codes. The indicator lights display the
working status to avoid operational errors.
The ECU is a general-purpose lower-level controller designed for
self-propelled forklift high-altitude working platform vehicles. It
has a simple appearance and high electrical protection
characteristics. The power supply has over and under-voltage
protection. All digital output ports (DO) have short circuit and
open circuit detection capabilities, and all digital input ports
(DI) have overvoltage protection. It supports CoDeSys, an open
programming language that complies with the IEC 61131-3 standard,
making it convenient for users to develop application programs
quickly. It has functions such as motor drive, valve control, and
fault alarm.
