Control System: The machine control system adopts industrial 2.4G mainline remote control technology, and the control motherboard is a ROS machine control board core developed by ABC Company. The motherboard is highly integrated and integrated, and can be quickly replaced on site even in case of faults, greatly reducing maintenance difficulty.

Manufacturing process: The overall frame structure of the machine is manufactured using high-strength aluminum alloy riveting technology, and the surface is treated with high-temperature fluorocarbon paint. It has advantages such as light weight, high structural strength, and corrosion resistance.

Drive system: The drive system adopts a tracked structure chassis, and the driving force adopts two brushless motors and a precision servo reducer. Can ensure uninterrupted operation of the machine in harsh environments for 8 hours. The track surface is bonded with anti slip rubber material. This driving structure ensures that the machine can be tilted at any angle on a photovoltaic panel with a tilt angle of more than 15 degrees and a tilt angle.

Cleaning system: The cleaning roller brush adopts a quick change structure, which can quickly switch different types of brushes according to the type of pollution on site. The roller brush installation is simple and fast, and can be combined into a double roller brush mechanism or a single roller brush structure according to needs. There are nozzle components installed before and after the machine, which can improve the dust flow of the cleaning plate. The industrial grade non-contact Hall remote control effectively avoids the phenomenon of long-term wear and failure of the resistive rocker, with clear tactile sensation and flexible control.
