Cleanroom Pass Box​ Description

The Cleanroom Pass Box is a kind of auxiliary equipment for clean room. It's used to transfer goods between areas of different clean levels of clean room. It can reduce the times of opening door, prevent the air convection between different areas and minimize the pollution extent.

The Cleanroom Pass Box is made of stainless steel and is smooth and clean. The two doors are interlocked to effectively prevent cross-contamination. Electronic or mechanical interlocking devices are provided and ultraviolet germicidal lamps are provided.

Cleanroom Pass Box features

1).The outer wall is high-quality SUS304 stainless steel 1.2 mm thick material.

2).The short distance transmission Windows work surface is made of stainless steel plate, flat is bright and clean wear-resisting.

3).Long-distance transmission Windows countertops use unpowered rollers, transfer items easily.

4).On both sides of the gate has a mechanical interlock or electrical interlock device, make sure not in an open position at the same time on both sides of the door.

5).The outlet of the wind speed up to more than 20s.

6).Adopts hepa filter with separators, the filtration efficiency is: 99.99%, to ensure that the level of purification.
