Characteristics:

1. The crown surface of the bit is medium cast surface ,and it is applied to medium-hard to hard and abrasive formations.

2. The design of medium cast surface has the advantages of good stability, good guidance quality and strong impact resistance. There are 4 big nozzles in the conical surface which can clean the bit better and clean away the rock debris so that the cutters will not be repeatedly used to cut rock debris during the drilling.

3. The cutters (model: 1308) are symmetrically inset in interlaced way to cut the rock encompassingly with the caster angle of 15°to 20°. So the bit has high rate of penetration and good stability. This type of PDC cutters is comprehensively high-performance cutters.

4. The gauge surface is welded by double-row alloyed gauge strip in separating way which makes the bit have strong abrasive resistance and good protecting gauge effect.
