Cable tie tool SWT25120M is very different with the manual cable tie tool.SWT25120M is for bundling motor coil. It can automatically thread, pull and tighten, cut off cable ties. It takes 1.2s in bundling one cable tie so it is suited to have such machine in high volumes bundling.

Features

1. SWT25120M consists of a host machine, a vibration bowl and a special tool head.

2. The vibration bowl is placed in the host machine. It can re-rank cable ties tidily.

3. The tool head is connected with the host through a data hose and a feeding hose.

4. Use bulk cable ties, it is better to put about 200pcs on the bowl every time.

5. The tool head could be fixed in the bench or near assembly line. Hold the motor coil and aim at the lower jaw tread the foot pedal and start to bundle automatically.

6. You could set the time, the qty of cable ties, the binding speed etc in the touch screen.

7. You could adjust the bundling forces by turning the knob. “ 0 ” means the min force 2kg.

8. With 4 wheels and 4 foot cups.
